What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed on Razorpay’s secure checkout. Your details are sent over encrypted connections, and we do not store full card details on our servers.
My payment went through but my order isn’t showing—what should I do?
Occasionally banks confirm payments with a delay. Most such payments auto-reconcile shortly. If it still doesn’t reflect, the amount is usually reversed by your bank within a few business days. Please share your Razorpay Payment ID with support and we’ll check right away.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order from your "My Account" page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How are shipping costs calculated?

How long will it take to receive my order?
